Klubby Terms and Conditions

Klubby is a rewards club that gives members access to partner offers and weekly prize draws. These Terms and Conditions ("Conditions of Entry") govern your use of the rewards platform and participation in any prize draws. By subscribing or entering, you agree to these Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Promotional Period: Begins at 8:00PM every Thursday (at the time of the weekly draw) and closes 5 minutes before the next draw time.

Entry Period: Digital entries are accepted until 7:55PM every Thursday, closing 5 minutes before the draw time. Any entries purchased after 7:55PM will be attributed to the following week's draw.

Draw Date: Every Thursday at 8:00PM (UK time).

Draw Method: Winner selected via automated random draw using third-party certified software operated by RandomDraws (https://www.randomdraws.co.uk/).

Prize: The weekly prize is £1,000 cash, paid tax free under current UK law. If a future prize differs from £1,000 this will be clearly stated before the relevant draw.

Prize Delivery: Usually within 48 hours of receiving winner's bank details, and no later than 14 days business days.

Unclaimed Prize Policy: If a prize remains unclaimed after 3 months, a redraw will take place within 7 days.

Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family, and members of their household are not eligible to enter.

1. Rewards Club Access

  • Access to the rewards club is included with all active subscription plans.
  • Offers and merchants may change or be removed at any time without notice.
  • All discounts are for personal use only and may not be resold, published, or redistributed.
  • We are not responsible for third-party fulfilment, errors, or availability.
  • If your subscription is cancelled or suspended, rewards access will be revoked upon completion of your current billing period.

2. How to Enter

Paid Entry via Subscription:

Join one of the following monthly tiers for full access to the rewards platform:

  • Starter: £5/month = 1 entry into every weekly draw (accumulating monthly)
  • Essentials: £25/month = 4 entries into every weekly draw (accumulating monthly)
  • Premium: £50/month = 10 entries into every weekly draw (accumulating monthly)

Subscriptions renew monthly on the same calendar date you joined. See Section 12 for full subscription details.

Accumulation Explained:

You get the same number of entries for every weekly draw in a given month. When a new month begins, that number increases by the same amount included in your plan.

For example:

  • Starter: 1 entry per draw in month 1 → 2 entries per draw in month 2 → 3 entries per draw in month 3 →
  • Essentials: 4 entries per draw in month 1 → 8 entries per draw in month 2 → 12 entries per draw in month 3 →
  • Premium: 10 entries per draw in month 1 → 20 entries per draw in month 2 → 30 entries per draw in month 3 →

Introductory Bonus Entries:

Essentials members receive 4 bonus entries into every draw during their first month. Premium members receive 10 bonus entries into every draw during their first month. Bonus entries apply only during the first billing month and do not accumulate.

Referral Entry Rewards:

  • If a new member signs up using your referral link and completes their first payment, they receive 5 bonus entries into their first prize draw.
  • You receive 5 bonus entries into every draw while that referred friend remains an active paying subscriber.
  • Referral bonus entries are removed if the referred friend cancels, payment fails, or fraud is suspected.
  • Referral bonus entries only apply to people you directly refer. You do not earn bonus entries from referrals made by others.

Additional Paid Entry Packages for Prize Draws:

If you’re a subscribed member, you may purchase single-use entry packages which apply to the next available draw. These are optional and priced as follows:

  • Starter Boost: £9.99 → 20 entries
  • Medium Boost: £19.99 → 60 entries
  • Large Boost: £29.99 → 120 entries
  • Mega Boost: £49.99 → 300 entries
  • Ultimate Boost: £79.99 → 600 entries

Entry packages do not accumulate and are applied only to the next draw after purchase. Purchasing additional entries does not guarantee a win. All valid entries are treated equally.

Important: All valid entries either paid or free are treated equally and have the same chance of winning.

3. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

  • Be a legal resident of the UK, aged 18 or older.
  • Not be an employee of Klubby Limited, or an immediate family member or household member of an employee (immediate family means spouses, partners, parents, siblings, and children, whether by blood, marriage, or adoption).
  • Agree to these Conditions of Entry and comply with them in full.

4. Draw Details

  • All winners are chosen via automated random draw software.
  • The draw is conducted fairly and transparently using a secure random number generator designed to deliver unbiased and verifiable results.
  • Each weekly draw has a single winner unless otherwise stated.
  • The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5. Notification & Prize Fulfilment

  • Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
  • Prizes will usually be disbursed within 48 hours of receiving winner's bank details, and no later than 14 days.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 3 months, the prize will be forfeited.
  • A redraw will occur within 7 days following the end of the 3-month period.

7. Disqualification & Fraud

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject entries submitted through unauthorised automated tools, bots, or other fraudulent methods.
  • Disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
  • Verify any entrant's identity and eligibility.
  • Suspected abuse of referral programs, discount codes, or promotional offers may result in disqualification.

8. Data & Privacy

  • All personal data is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
  • We use your data to administer prize draws, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services through analytics and marketing, but only with your consent where required.

9. Marketing Consent

By subscribing or creating an account, by any means:

  • You agree that, if you win, we may publicly announce your first name, the first letter of your surname, and your general location (e.g., "Jane D. from Manchester").
  • If you win, you agree to participate in reasonable marketing and promotional activities related to the prize draw.
  • This may include participating in photos, video content, and winner interviews arranged by Klubby.
  • You grant Klubby the right to use, publish, and distribute this content across its owned media channels, social media platforms, paid advertising, and promotional materials.
  • You agree that Klubby may edit, adapt, or reuse such content in future marketing, without additional approval or compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for any delays, disruptions, errors, omissions, technical malfunctions or failures of any kind. This includes issues caused by infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, human error, third-party platforms, external providers, or user-side failures (e.g. incorrect contact details or email spam filters).
  • We are not liable for any impact on the delivery, receipt, processing or allocation of entries, prize notifications, or communications of any kind. This includes any failure to deliver or fulfil a prize due to such disruptions or errors.
  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from such events, whether direct or indirect. This includes any consequences arising from the cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of any prize draw event.
  • We exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost opportunities, loss of data, reputational damage, anticipated savings, emotional distress, or loss of enjoyment.
  • Our total liability to any participant, regardless of cause or claim, shall not exceed the value of the prize awarded to them (if any).
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be legally excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for breach of statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims.
  • Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Subscriptions & Cancellations

Billing & Renewal:

  • Your subscription begins immediately, with your first payment taken at the completion of the checkout.
  • After that, your subscription renews automatically on the same calendar date each month using your selected payment method.
  • You can cancel anytime via your Klubby account dashboard by selecting My Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Follow the on-screen prompts, and once cancelled, you will not be charged again. Your account will remain active and you will retain access to rewards and entries until the end of your current billing period.

Cooling-Off Period:

You have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up. However, this right ends as soon as any entries are allocated to your account, because they are classed as a digital service that starts immediately upon purchase.

By subscribing, you:

  • expressly consent to the immediate allocation of digital entries.
  • acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right will be lost once entries are delivered.

How to Cancel:

  • Cancel anytime via your Klubby account dashboard by selecting My Account → Billing → Cancel Subscription and following the prompts. Once cancelled, you will not be charged again.
  • When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will automatically close with no further charges thereafter.

Refunds:

  • Once entries have been allocated to your account, refunds are not permitted as the digital service has been fully delivered.
  • Refunds will only be issued in circumstances where legally required, such as billing errors or failure to allocate entries.
  • Repeated refund requests, chargebacks, or misuse of cancellation rights may result in account suspension or deletion.

13. Klubby Points Programme

Klubby operates a digital rewards system known as “Klubby Points” (“Points”), which Members may earn through participation in activities made available within the Klubby platform.

Points are promotional rewards designed to encourage engagement with the platform and may be earned and redeemed in accordance with this section.

Earning Points

Members may earn Points through activities made available within the Klubby platform from time to time, including but not limited to:

  • Daily account logins.
  • Playing games or engaging with in-app features.
  • Claiming and confirming use of Partner offers or deals.
  • Submitting reviews or feedback following verified deal usage.
  • Referral programmes or inviting new Members.
  • Birthday rewards where a valid date of birth has been provided.
  • Promotional campaigns or bonus offers.
  • Subscription payments or verified in-app spend.

The number of Points awarded for any activity is determined solely by Klubby and may vary at any time.

Klubby reserves the right to introduce, remove, suspend, or modify earning opportunities or earning rates at its discretion without prior notice.

Redemption of Points

Points may be redeemed within the Klubby platform for rewards made available by Klubby from time to time.

At launch, Points may be redeemed for:

  • Entries into Klubby prize draws at the rate displayed within the platform at the time of redemption (for example, 50 Points per entry).

Additional redemption options may be introduced in future at Klubby's discretion, including but not limited to bonus entries, promotional rewards, digital benefits, or cash redemption options where expressly stated.

Points do not constitute money, stored monetary value, electronic money, or financial instruments.

Unless expressly stated otherwise by Klubby, Points:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be transferred between Members
  • Cannot be sold, traded, or assigned.

Bonus and Promotional Points

Members may receive bonus Points as part of promotional campaigns, subscription sign-up incentives, referrals, or other marketing activities.

Bonus or promotional Points may be subject to additional conditions, expiry periods, or redemption restrictions, which will be communicated where applicable at the time of award.

Account Integrity and Misuse

Klubby reserves the right to remove Points, reverse redemptions, suspend accounts, or terminate membership where it reasonably believes Points have been earned or used through:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse of platform features or promotions
  • Automated scripts, bots, or artificial engagement
  • Multiple account creation
  • Any activity intended to manipulate rewards unfairly.

Points Expiry and Account Closure

Unless otherwise stated, Points remain valid while a Member account remains active and in good standing.

If a Member account is suspended, closed, or terminated for any reason, any unused Points may be forfeited.

Programme Changes

Klubby reserves the right to amend, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Klubby Points programme, including earning opportunities, redemption values, or available rewards, at any time.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated to Members through the platform or via email.

Discretion and Final Decision Authority

All decisions made by Klubby regarding the awarding, calculation, adjustment, suspension, or removal of Points shall be final and binding.

Klubby retains sole discretion in determining whether Points have been validly earned or redeemed in accordance with these Terms.

In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, incorrect allocations, pricing errors, display errors, or other unintended issues, Klubby reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and adjust Member Point balances accordingly.

No compensation shall be payable for corrections made in good faith.

No Property Rights in Points

Points are promotional rewards issued at Klubby's discretion and do not constitute property, currency, or a vested legal right.

Participation in the Klubby Points programme does not create any entitlement to future rewards, continued earning opportunities, or guaranteed redemption values.

Klubby may modify or terminate the Points programme in whole or in part at any time without liability, provided such changes are made in good faith.
