How the Referral Programme Works
Klubby's referral programme rewards existing members for introducing new members to our community.
When you successfully refer a friend, both you and your friend receive bonus entries to our weekly prize draws.
Referral Rewards
Current referral rewards are:
- You (the referrer): Get 5 bonus entries when your friend becomes a paying member.
- Your friend (the new member): Gets 5 bonus entries in their first prize draw after joining.
- Ongoing reward: You receive 5 extra entries in every future prize draw for as long as your referred friend remains an active paying member.
Bonus entries are applied within 48 hours of successful payment. Only referrers receive ongoing bonus entries, and only while their referred friends stay subscribed. Referral bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or alternative benefits.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the referral programme:
- You must be a registered Klubby member in good standing
- Your account must be active and verified
- You must comply with all Klubby terms and conditions
- Referred friends must be new to Klubby
Successful Referral Criteria
A referral is considered successful when:
- The referred person creates a new account using your referral link
- They verify their email address
- They become a paying member (subscribe to any paid plan)
- They remain active and maintain their subscription for on going entries for the referrer
Only paying members count towards referral rewards. Trial members do not qualify for referral bonuses.
Restrictions and Limitations
The following restrictions apply:
- No limit on the number of friends you can refer
- Self-referrals are not permitted
- Fake or fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension or deletion at the discretion of Klubby Limited
- Referrals must be genuine
- Commercial or spam referrals are prohibited
Programme Changes
Klubby reserves the right to:
- Modify referral rewards at any time
- Suspend or terminate the programme
- Investigate suspicious referral activity
- Revoke rewards for violations
We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the programme.
Anti-Fraud Measures
To maintain programme integrity:
- All referrals are monitored for suspicious activity
- We manually review accounts showing unusual patterns
- Referrals from duplicate emails, fake identities, or suspicious sources may be disqualified
- Repeated violations may result in removal from the programme
